Southern Orthodontic Partners seeks an experienced Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across our orthodontic clinics in O'Fallon and Glen Carbon, IL. You will lead teams, optimize workflows, and ensure outstanding patient experiences while partnering with regional leadership to drive performance.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in orthodontic or dental practice management, strong communication and leadership abilities, and solid P&L/financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of orthodontic or dental practice management experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered practice culture.
• Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and administrative systems.
• Manage team scheduling, payroll, performance, and accountability.
• Monitor and drive KPIs, revenue goals, and bonus tracking.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and patient growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with payer policies, regulatory standards, and clinical protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and financial processes.
• Maintain accurate patient experience standards, addressing concerns and feedback.
• Conduct regular audits (charts, communications, A/R, and operational metrics).

We are seeking an experienced and results-drive Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and support exceptional patient care. This role partners closely with the Regional Director of Operations and clinical leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong, team-focused culture.
