Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Clinical Informatics Director/Assistant Director.
• Provide system support to physicians and staff, retraining, problem identification and workflow review; provide physician training.
• Build supporting documents from specs/outlines provided by physicians/clinical staff.
• Analyze workflow to determine best methods for automating office processes.
• Test and implement plans for upgrades related to the EHR; assist with testing.
• Maintain the EHR system related to record updates and overall system functionality.
