ADP is hiring a Practice Leader, Workforce Management, GES.

GES sales is looking for a Practice Leader to help us grow product sales in our market: In this role, you will work within a defined set of sales teams or markets in our enterprise space of 1k+ employee organizations, assisting the sales efforts in either our US Enterprise or US Global divisions.

Responsibilities of the Role: Engage in daily strategy sessions with field partners, identify high-probability opportunities, contribute to account strategy, troubleshoot questions from the field and competitive intel, and support deal execution.

Participate weekly in client-facing meetings, strategy pods, and team meetings to provide thought leadership, share wins and insights, and coordinate with implementation and service partners to ensure successful go-lives and opportunity transitions.

Contribute monthly and quarterly through win room calls, success stories, channel recognition, knowledge sharing sessions, supporting go-to-market activities, and helping to win business.

Develop strong WFM product expertise across Workforce Manager and Essential Time offerings, and understand the competitive landscape to serve as a subject matter expert in all WFM sales opportunities.

To succeed in this role:

  • Experience selling WFM offerings, with a proven track record as a subject matter expert comfortable with business conversations at the executive level.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external partners, managing multiple opportunities and objectives simultaneously.
  • A proven winner with an ambitious spirit, thriving under pressure, and building trust through insight and relationship management, especially with leadership.

A college degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience can include:

  • Five+ years of relevant work experience, OR
  • Military experience demonstrating discipline, commitment, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $76,100.00 - $164,600.00 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
