Base pay range

$110,762.00/yr - $135,375.00/yr

Dental Practice Specialist – Rhode Island/So MA (Solventum)

As a Dental Practice Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or groups through persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities.
  • Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment.
  • Analyzing point of sale and market share data to understand where to spend time and resources.
  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge within different segments of the organization.
Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are hired for this position.

Your Skills And Expertise

To succeed in this role, Solventum requires (at minimum):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

Or

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

And

  • Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the oral care industry.
  • Experience with Data Analytics (preferred).
  • Knowledge or experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Work location:
  • Remote — Must reside in Rhode Island or Southern MA.
Travel:
May include up to 35% domestic travel.
Relocation Assistance:
May be authorized.
Legal Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
