Job summary

Aston Carter seeks an accomplished consulting executive to build and lead our Business & Enterprise Modernization Services practice in the United States. You will drive transformation initiatives spanning operating models, processes, technology modernization, and AI adoption to improve enterprise performance.

You will define the practice strategy, lead client engagements at the C-suite level, and build a capable team to deliver differentiated offerings and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record building or leading a consulting practice.
• Experience selling and delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Expertise in operating models, process optimization, technology modernization, AI-enabled transformation.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the practice vision, strategy, and go-to-market plan.
• Build and continually evolve differentiated service offerings, methodologies, IP, and repeatable solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite executives, translating objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Lead solution development and executive engagement for complex pursuits.
• Build, develop, and scale a high-performing team aligned to growth and evolution of the practice.
• Own the overall performance of the practice, including growth, profitability, and pipeline health.
