The role emphasizes financial analysis, budget planning, and KPI-driven growth with travel to national and regional events. Strong communication and collaboration with owners and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years consulting, management, and finance experience required.
• Hearing health industry or B-B consulting experience preferred.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and email channels.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue forecast and retain accounts.
• Improve share of wallet within assigned accounts.
• Analyze and improve core competencies within practices.
• Review financial statements and manage budgets/cash flow.
