Job summary

Oticon Inc. is seeking an experienced account manager to recruit and expand contractual business across regions. You will collaborate with regional managers, analyze financials, and finalize term sheets with business owners.

The role also manages existing contracts, ensures compliance, and promotes professional development services; travel up to 20% for meetings, training, and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in account management, negotiation and finance.
• Hearing health industry or B2B consulting experience preferred.
• Strong communicator via in-person, phone, and e-mail.
• Well organized with scheduling, travel, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of new contractual business: collaborate with regional managers, collect financials, draft term sheets, negotiate terms, finalize with finance/legal, onboard customers.
• Management of existing contractual business: ensure contract compliance, promote BD services, improve non-compliant accounts, extend agreements.
• Administration: communicate with customers and Oticon staff within 24 hours, travel for meetings, training, site visits.
