Oticon Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to provide consulting services to select customers, increasing Oticon share of business and practice profitability. You will work across the Business Growth, Clinical Contractual, and Retail Contractual groups to deliver growth and value.
The role emphasizes financial analysis, budget planning, and KPI-driven growth with travel to national and regional events. Strong communication and collaboration with owners and staff are essential.
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to provide consulting services to a select group of customers designed to increase the Oticon share of business in the practice and increase the overall sales and profitability of the practice. These customers will come from the three business groups: Business Growth, Clinical Contractual and Retail Contractual.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $112,590 and $125,100 annual; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
