• BA/BS required; JD preferred.
• Experience in Insurance Services and/or Defense Litigation preferred.
• Strong financial acumen required.
• 5+ years in operational/supervisory/management role in a professional office.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-level communication skills.
• Experience in law firm management is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Practice Group Leaders and senior staff to streamline communications.
• Plan and supervise day-to-day operations and implement the practice group business plan.
• Generate and analyze financial reports; brief executive summaries for leadership.
• Monitor attorney workload and utilization; advise on productivity improvements.
