Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of full-time relevant experience in Career Services or related industry preferred.
• Five years of full-time relevant experience in Career Services or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Practice Group Leader to support the professional success of MBA students (EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, IBEAR).
• Conduct one-on-one and group career advising, including resume/cover letter coaching and interview preparation.
• Deliver career workshops in-person and virtual on topics like pivoting careers, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Plan and execute employer-facing events connecting students with opportunities.
• Promote marketing initiatives for employer events, training, and mentoring to boost engagement.
• Liaise across Marshall Career Services, Marshall School of Business, and USC to ensure strong partnerships.
• Build relationships with student clubs and lead communications during conflicts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

MBA or master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Career Counseling, or related discipline
