University of Southern California Marshall School of Business is seeking an Associate Director of Graduate Admissions to lead inquiries, review applications, and coordinate communications for six master’s programs. You will manage data in CRM, plan and execute recruitment events, and work with USC and Marshall partners to hit enrollment targets.

Excellent communication and project management are essential. The role reports to the Director of Graduate Admissions for Specialized Master’s programs

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Experience in higher education admissions or recruiting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Salesforce experience.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends for events; strong partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective graduate applicants via phone, email and meetings.
• Manage inquiries, review applications, and coordinate communications.
• Plan recruitment events and manage data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Marshall and USC departments to meet enrollment targets.
• Provide excellent service and accurate reporting on admissions workflows.
