Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of full-time relevant experience in Career Services or direct industry experience.
• Strong ability to advise, coach, and communicate with MBA students and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to strategize support for executive and working professional MBA students.
• Conduct one-on-one and group career advising, including resume/cover letter review and interview prep.
• Deliver career workshops in-person and virtual; cover pivoting careers, networking, and LinkedIn usage.
• Plan and execute employer-facing events to connect students with opportunities.
• Promote marketing initiatives for events, mentorships, and individualized advising.
• Liaise across Marshall Career Services, Marshall School of Business, and USC to build partnerships.
