Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of full-time relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Practice Group Leader to support MBA students.
• Conduct one-on-one and group career advising and coaching.
• Plan and execute employer-facing events to grow opportunities.
• Liaise with employers, alumni, executives, and USC partners.
• Monitor internship and full-time outcomes and drive improvements.
• Support marketing, mentorship programs, and student engagement.
• Build relationships with student clubs and attend events.
