Job summary

The University of Southern California Marshall School of Business is seeking a Practice Group Coordinator for Working Professional Programs to support MBA students across EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, and IBEAR. You will provide individual and group career advising, deliver workshops, and help plan employer-facing events to connect students with opportunities.

Work closely with Marshall Career Services, the School of Business, and USC to foster partnerships and enhance student engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Three years of full-time relevant experience in Career Services or direct industry.
MBA or master's degree preferred.
Five years of full-time relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Practice Group Leader to support MBA students across EMBA, OMBA, MBAPM, and IBEAR.
Conduct one-on-one and group career advising including resume and cover letter coaching.
Deliver workshops in person or virtually on pivoting careers, LinkedIn, networking, and related topics.
Plan and execute employer-facing events to connect students with opportunities.
Promote marketing initiatives for employer events and mentorship programs.
Collaborate with Marshall Career Services, Marshall School of Business, and USC.
Maintain relationships with student clubs and communicate during conflicts.
Other duties as assigned.
