This hands-on leadership role develops operational knowledge and leadership capability across patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and front desk operations, with opportunities to grow into expanded responsibilities.

• Leadership experience or potential demonstrated through peer coaching or leading initiatives.
• Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Ability to learn multiple practice positions to support patient care and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, team coordination, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor across functions to support patient care, staffing, and operational execution.
• Learn and support key practice roles including patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and front desk operations.
