Job summary

Toros Heal L.A. (THLA) is seeking a Practice Education Support Analyst to join our Core team and manage THLA’s practice education placement and scholarship tracking system.

The role oversees the internship and clinical placement platform (Exxat), ensures data integrity, and collaborates with CSUDH programs across five degree areas to advance workforce readiness and diverse community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, public health, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in student services, workforce development, internship coordination, or community partnership development.
• 1 year of research and/or data management experience, e.g. cross-referencing data from multiple systems.
• Experience with community organizations, educational institutions, or healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing data systems or tracking student program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Workforce Tracking: manage the internship platform, train faculty/site supervisors/students, and ensure data accuracy.
• Partnership Development and Workforce Pipeline Support: build and sustain partnerships with school districts, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Community Engagement: represent THLA in university and external settings related to internships and placements.
• Other Duties: perform additional duties to support THLA and workforce initiatives.
