Job summary

California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is seeking an Administrative Analyst/Specialist to support the Office of Clinical Practice. This temporary, 1-year assignment focuses on leading clinical tasks for Initial Teacher Preparation Programs and managing key organizational structures to ensure smooth office operations.

The role requires strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with school districts or community partners.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in education, one of the social or behavioral science, or a job-related field.
• Two years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Programs Placement Coordination and Oversight – liaison for partnerships and placements; manage clinical placements for all ITPP programs and support coordinators.
• Affiliation Agreements & MOUs – manage initiation, coordination, and maintenance of AA/MOU; maintain content and templates; oversee inbox and partner relations.
• Performs additional duties and special projects to strengthen office operations and adopt new technologies.
