California State University Long Beach seeks an Administrative Analyst/Specialist to support the Office of Clinical Practice and lead clinical tasks for Initial Teacher Preparation Programs. You will manage organizational structures to ensure smooth office workflows.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree in education or related field and two years of related experience. This temporary 1-year position is 40 hours weekly with strong benefits and professional growth opportunities at CSULB.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Ability to learn and interpret complex policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Programs Placement Coordination and Oversight - coordinate partnerships and placements; manage clinical placements for ITPP programs; provide support to coordinators.
• Affiliation Agreements & Intern MOUs - manage initiation, coordination and maintenance of AA/MOU; update protocols; support partner relations.
• Performs additional duties and special projects to strengthen office operations and adopt new technologies.
