Performs administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical operations with minimal supervision. Duties include scheduling, check-in, check-out, and other administrative tasks related to patient visits. Actual responsibilities may vary by department.
Does this position require Patient Care? No
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. No experience in lieu of degree accepted.
Experience: 3-5 years of office experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong technology skills, including advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of office procedures; effective communication skills; excellent time management; ability to proofread and edit documents.
