Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee the medical center’s office operations, ensuring efficient administrative and financial workflows in coordination with the Medical Director.

The role focuses on budgeting, staffing, compliance, and maximizing reimbursements through Centricity and Medical Manager. A strong background in primary care administration is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a highly automated medical office, including front and back office.
• Billing and financial management with budget responsibility.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, HCPCS coding for primary care; medical records requirements; HR; budgeting; OSHA; CLIA; insurance rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue attainment for the medical center with focus on scheduling productivity.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on financial performance monthly.
• Coordinate reimbursement workflows with Centricity and Medical Manager to maximize provider payments.
• Maintain templates and calendars for Medical Manager Providers per productivity needs.
• Assist in developing annual operating and community budgets with leadership teams.
• Review monthly reports to align community budgets with EHMG goals.
