Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a highly automated medical office, including front and back office.
• Experience with billing, budgeting, and financial management in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD coding and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue attainment for medical center practice through scheduling and reports.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on financial productivity monthly.
• Maximize reimbursement by coordinating Centricity and Medical Manager workflows.
• Manage recruitment, retention, and personnel actions for the medical center.
• Develop annual operating and community budgets with senior leadership.
• Coordinate payroll, expenses, and vendor payments for the center.
