Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• 3 years’ practice management or practice administrator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Lead performance management including appraisals and goal setting.
• Prepare and monitor clinic budget and objectives.
• Partner with Regional Director on goals and long-range plans.
• Monitor payroll for time management and compliance.
• Address patient and external customer complaints and investigate issues.
• Serve as liaison between practice and Central Billing Office.
