Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Practice Administrator to provide on-site operational and financial leadership for a Pediatric and Adult Surgery Practice. You will collaborate with the Practice Medical Director to optimize patient access, profitability and growth while maintaining SOX controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include 3–5 years in healthcare management (OB/GYN office a plus) and expertise with NextGen, Phreesia and Epic.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare management experience.
• OB/GYN office management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with NextGen, Phreesia and Epic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L, budgets, KPIs, and strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
• Lead operations to optimize patient access and reduce cancellations/no-shows.
• Oversee front-end processes, charge capture and timely claim submission with RCM teams.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage staff; lead monthly workflow improvement meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and SOX controls and prepare audits.
• Drive strategic growth and service expansion in alignment with goals.
• Build partnerships with physicians, referral sources, and hospital partners.
• Maintain proficiency in EHR, PACS, and practice management systems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives supporting regional/corporate objectives.
