We are seeking a Practice Administrator at Duke Cardiology at Arringdon, located in Morrisville, NC. The Practice Administrator provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for multiple ambulatory clinic locations within an assigned service area. Clinics under the Practice Administrator’s leadership meet defined criteria for scope based on FTE count, patient volume, clinical complexity, and operational footprint. The Practice Administrator ensures high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations. This role partners with physician and advanced practice provider leadership, Nurse Managers, Clinic Managers, and the Ambulatory Operations Director to drive service line performance and align operations with DUHS goals, regulatory standards, and patient experience expectations.
