Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead a large hospitalists physician group, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and sound financial performance. You will work with physician leadership, hospital executives, and support teams to drive growth and service quality.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business or Health Administration (Master’s preferred) and 7–10 years in group practice management, with strong communication and financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in group practice management.
• Strong communication and financial analysis skills; ability to lead a fast-paced growth-oriented management company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the medical group to ensure accomplishment of strategic goals and objectives, including physician recruitment.
• Collaborate with physician leadership, corporate management, hospital administration, managers, staff, clients, and vendors; act as a liaison between stakeholders.
• Ensure overall operational and financial performance of all activities within the physician group.
