Abrazo Health is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead a large hospitalist physician group and manage Bariatrics and GI operations. The role requires clinic management experience and a track record in GI or weight loss programs.

You will partner with physician leadership and corporate management to drive strategic goals, oversee new business development, and ensure efficient financial performance across the physician group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience with group practice management.
• Must be a self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the medical group to ensure accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals and objectives. The Practice Administrator is also responsible for new business development including physician recruitment.
• Collaborate with physician leadership, Corporate Management, hospital administration, practice managers, practice staff, other clients, consultants and business vendors; serve as a liaison between constituents.
• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of all activities within the physician group.
