• Associates degree required; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• 2 years of progressive, admin-level, medical practice management experience; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clerical and clinical staff for 1–2 practices, ensuring smooth operations.
• Responsible for budgeting in coordination with CFO/COO; manages finance reports.
• Improves patient registration, flow, access, and satisfaction; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Directs scheduling and billing systems; acts as a liaison with IT for Epic/MIS needs.
• Leads staff training, performance evaluations, and development initiatives.
