  • Understanding of Medicine and healthcare terminology sufficient to collaborate effectively with clinicians and staff.
  • Proficiency in Budgeting, financial oversight, and basic accounting principles related to medical practice operations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on inclusive and respectful workplace practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with practice management software and EMR systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, physicians, and external partners.
  • Prior experience in an orthopaedic, spine, or specialty medical practice is preferred; bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
