  • Direct daily administrative and operational activities of the facility.
  • Lead operations meetings and collaborate with the Governing Board, Medical Director, medical staff, and department leaders.
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, productivity, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor facility finances, staffing levels, and operational performance to support efficiency and business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, insurance companies, and other external partners as needed.
  • Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and address compliance or operational concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, well-maintained facility that promotes patient and physician confidence.
  • Ensure personnel files, training records, and required documentation remain complete and compliant.
  • Support development and revision of medical staff policies, bylaws, and rules and regulations.
  • Complete required annual training and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our practice. Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field
  • Previous healthcare management or medical office management experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with electronic practice management and health record systems
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Experience managing clinic, procedure suite, or ambulatory surgery operations
