About the Role:

The PR Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining media contact and outlet databases, overseeing client media monitoring, and delivering comprehensive briefings. Additionally, this role involves managing and updating journalist and publication profiles within the platform and conducting research to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Research & List Management

• Develop and maintain media contact and outlet lists
• Research to enhance media databases and ensure accuracy

2. Media Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor media coverage for assigned clients and deliver concise briefings
• Conduct additional research projects as needed

3. Data Management & Platform Updates

• Create and update journalist and publication profiles within the platform
• Create and manage master lists for on-demand projects to ensure seamless database integration
• Maintain regular backups of all newly added data to ensure security and recovery
• Process update requests to uphold database integrity and accuracy
• Assist in the design and optimization of database structures to enhance performance and scalability

4. Troubleshooting & Performance Monitoring

• Identify, diagnose, and flag database performance issues for timely resolution

5. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with IT teams and developers to integrate databases with business applications
• Communicate database changes, test results, and project updates to relevant stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, media monitoring, or a related PR analytics role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations based on data
• English: Intermediate to advanced
• Highlight cultural fit attributes, such as adaptability, self-motivation, and cross-cultural communication skills
