Compensation: $75,000 Annually + Bonus (up to $83,000 OTE) + Benefits

Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.

The Client

The client is a digital marketing agency based in Orlando, FL and Pittsburgh, PA. They specialize in digital marketing, website design, user experience, analytics, data, creative, social media, content creation, video production, and public relations.

The Role

The client is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, as well as knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and software such as Semrush. The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, optimizing advertising campaigns, campaign reporting, and meeting with clients virtually on a monthly basis to discuss progress.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, and provide regular reports to clients, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and SEO, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients on how to improve their online presence, including local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Conduct virtual monthly meetings with clients to review campaign performance, discuss strategies, and provide recommendations for further improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in digital marketing platforms, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to enhance overall performance and results.

Qualifications

  • Must have Google Ads Certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Google Ads is required.
  • Experience managing at least 20 client accounts every month is required.
  • Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape and stay updated with industry trends.
  • 50% of healthcare covered by the company.
