Job summary

System One is seeking a skilled PMO/PPM Administrator in Melbourne, FL to manage and optimize enterprise PPM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and reliable performance across portfolios. You will configure, troubleshoot, and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and integrations (Power BI included) to support leadership decision-making, while training users and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering enterprise level PPM systems such as Planview, Clarity, Microsoft Project Server, ServiceNow PPM, Primavera, or similar.
• Planview ProjectAdvantage training or certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management, portfolio management, resource planning, and demand management concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis, workflow configuration, data governance, system integrations, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in structured and ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar STEM field or equivalent work experience.
• Data analytics training including experience with data modeling, reporting, and visualization beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement custom configurations within the PPM tool’s development environment, ensuring all enhancements are fully tested, validated, and prepared for deployment to production.
• Provide user support, training, demonstrations, and clear process documentation to improve system adoption and enhance user proficiency.
• Support strategic planning by managing the project intake process, tracking business cases, generating preliminary resource-loaded plans, and conducting what-if scenario planning.
• Oversee and manage the PMO's SharePoint document library, creating new project subsites, managing approval workflows, and performing quality assurance on documents to ensure project managers adhere to company standards.
