Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a PPM Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience. The role involves analysis, creation, and data entry for styles required on customer projections or buys. It demands high accuracy and attention to detail. The position focuses on one customer but includes cross-training for flexibility. The role involves working with tools like Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with PPM functionalities; basic knowledge of Java, HTML, XML with SOAP/REST APIs, and AMS experience.
• Understanding of customizing legacy code bases and good relationships with OpenText.
• Experience with Out-Of-the-Box (OOB) features of PPM, especially reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge in Intake & Prioritization, Demand Management, Proposal & Portfolio Management, Execution Tracking, Budgeting, Workforce & Resource Planning, Software Release, Deployment, Project Management, and Strategic Alignment.
• Ability to design and build custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues and explore alternate designs.
• Participate as a team member and foster teamwork through inter-group coordination.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
• Train and coach project team members for effective knowledge management.
