We are seeking an experienced PPM Business Analyst with strong Project Portfolio Management (PPM) expertise and hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira.
This role will focus on driving the adoption of a PPM platform across multiple business groups. The successful candidate will quickly become a subject matter expert on the platform, help teams adopt standardized project management processes, and develop a comprehensive self-service onboarding and training ecosystem.
A key objective will be creating and continuously improving a scalable PPM Starter Kit consisting of training materials, process guides, videos, templates, and best practices that allow users to successfully adopt the platform with minimal support.
Key Responsibilities
PPM Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a trusted advisor on project management processes and workflows.
- Leverage hands-on Adobe Workfront and Jira experience to identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization.
- Understand how teams plan, estimate, execute, track, resource, govern, and report on projects.
- Translate project management best practices into scalable PPM processes.
- Partner with Product teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements.
PPM Adoption & Change Management
- Analyze onboarding journeys and identify barriers to platform adoption.
- Recommend and implement improvements that simplify the onboarding experience.
- Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks and implementation playbooks.
- Support rollout activities through workshops, discovery sessions, and user enablement.
- Collect end-user feedback and incorporate it into training and adoption strategies.
Training & Enablement
- Design and maintain a comprehensive PPM Starter Kit.
- Develop role-specific training content for Project Managers, Administrators, Resource Managers, Finance Teams, and Leadership.
- Create quick-start guides, process documentation, SOPs, best-practice playbooks, FAQs, job aids, templates, and adoption toolkits.
- Develop short video tutorials, product walkthroughs, and role-based learning paths.
- Ensure training materials are practical, engaging, and easy for users to consume.
Business Process Analysis
- Document current-state and future-state project management processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies, duplicate activities, and opportunities for automation.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, PMO, Project Management, PPM Consulting, or Change Enablement.
- 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Jira experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide PPM implementations or transformations.
- Experience developing user training, documentation, and enablement programs.
- Experience facilitating business workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.

- Ability to advise stakeholders on project management best practices, not simply system functionality.
- Experience with project workflows, templates, dashboards, reporting, and governance.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Workfront certification.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience within marketing, advertising, creative, digital, or professional services organizations.
- Experience producing instructional videos using tools such as Camtasia, Loom, Synthesia, or Adobe Captivate.
- Experience working within a global matrix organization.
