Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, roadmaps and client narratives. You are the strategic voice during client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS and drive growth with clear reporting. This remote role welcomes candidates in the US, Canada or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients across an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Track conversions and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain outcomes in calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
