Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote, AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocating budgets, testing creatives, and ensuring trusted attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Excellent English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.
