Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a digital, AI-first firm seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and client narratives, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and own attribution. Clear English with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
