Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and client storytelling, acting as the strategic voice in decisions.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, focusing on ROAS improvements and long-term growth, with clear English communication on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with results.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients concurrently.
• Fluent English for live client calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and rely on GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for attribution.
• Create 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present the numbers to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
