You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
