Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will drive targeting, budgets, roadmaps and client storytelling, acting as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and testing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. Remote-friendly role with US/Canada/SA options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
