Job summary

AAFES is seeking a Customer Experience Associate – PowerZone (Electronics) at Fort Sill to help customers discover new gadgets and stay informed about the latest tech trends. You’ll translate passion for tech into helpful advice that makes electronics shopping fun and educational.

In this role you’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, ask follow‑up questions, and guide them to products that best fit. You’ll also ring up sales and ensure an exceptional in‑store experience for every guest.

• Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
• REAL-ID compliance for access on Federal Installations.

As a Customer Experience Associate in Electronics, you know that the right digital device can help make our customer's lives easier. You'll know which gadgets will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on the latest technology trends. With your digital knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange the next time the newest gadget arrives.
