Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to join an award-winning team supporting Soldiers, Airmen and families. You will greet customers, process transactions accurately, and engage shoppers while reinforcing the Exchange’s mission to give back to those that serve.

This part-time role carries flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a DoD community that values service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent (required).
• Retail experience and willingness to take on added responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills are expected.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as they arrive at your lane.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation.
• Assist customers with bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items.

As a Customer Experience Associate at the Exchange, you will be a part of an award winning team. Job Qualifications

This is a Regular Part Time (RPT)position with a projected maximum of 34 hours per week.
