The Exchange is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for Furniture/Large Appliances in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and guide them to products that fit their needs and preferences.

You’ll complete transactions efficiently, share brand knowledge, and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience. We offer flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits including health, pension, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
• 12 months retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way.
• Acknowledge each waiting customer to the Furniture/Large Appliances area.
• Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions to offer appropriate products.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.

Job description

As a Customer Experience Associate in Furniture/Large Appliances, you will help customers discover new, innovative products and make shopping for furniture and large appliance fun and informative. As a Furniture/Large Appliances team member, your expertise will educate and excite customers. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on the furniture/large appliance trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.
