Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred qualifications: At least 1 year of leadership experience managing people.
• Prior experience with leadership.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical expertise in assembly line operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead personnel and production activities of the assembly process.
• Plan and coordinate manufacturing or support schedules to meet customer requirements and company commitments.
• Sustain 5S+ in all responsible areas and ensure PPE compliance.
• Manage and supervise assembly line operations, including scheduling and task assignments.
• Ensure adherence to defined assembly procedures and quality requirements.
• Train new assembly line workers on procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing training and support to team members to achieve high standards.
• Maintain safe working environment and proper material storage per 5S and EHS guidelines.
• Identify improvement opportunities and perform root-cause analysis to resolve problems.
• Report production metrics to the supervisor or operations manager.
