Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Greenwood, SC seeks an Assembly Technician II for the 3rd shift to help meet daily production goals. The role centers on safety, quality and productivity while assembling Low Voltage Assemblies and running assembly equipment.

The position requires basic manufacturing experience and tool use. You will participate in quality checks, label parts, and handle material transactions in AS400 as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using hand and air tools.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/ OPT/ STEM OPT or visa transfers.
• No relocation benefit; 50-mile radius restriction; veterans exempt from area limit.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily production goals with focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity.
• Assemble Low Voltage Assemblies and perform related tasks on the line.
• Operate assembly machines, perform PowerWave2 hi-pot testing, and labeling.
• Conduct quality checks and manage material transactions in AS400.
• Read drawings and follow SOPs; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
