Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division seeks a Team Lead for the MVA CC 2nd shift at our Greenwood, SC location. You will partner with the Supervisor to drive safety, quality and productivity, and coach employees to meet production targets while maintaining 5S standards.

You will guide execution, train staff, lead daily oversight, and manage communication across systems like DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Vista and AS400. A collaborative leader with strong problem-solving skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of switchgear assembly manufacturing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the Supervisor to drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity.
• Provide day-to-day leadership: training, coaching, problem resolution and standards adherence.
• Ensure safety, quality, production and 5S expectations are met.
• Train and support employees to meet production goals and procedures.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings and communicate goals and results.
• Maintain familiarity with DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Vista and AS400.
• Motivate the team, foster a positive environment and address conflicts.
