Archer in San Jose is seeking an Engineering Program Manager, Powertrain Systems Integration to lead Electrical Systems & Propulsion development through design, testing, and FAA certification to qualify systems for serial production.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Design, Test, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, manage DV/PV testing, budgets, and risk, and drive readiness for production with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware engineering program management in aerospace/aviation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges.
• Extreme ownership mindset and strong PM proficiency.
• Experience with in-house and outsourced testing.
• Experience with electric/hybrid powertrain propulsion tech.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive cross-functional program execution plan for full product lifecycle from design to production launch.
• Refine LRUs schedules for Archer's Electrical Systems & Propulsion lines.
• Serve as primary cross-functional interface across Design, Test, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Facilities.
• Own DV & PV testing roadmap and MBSE testing methodology; drive detailed test plans.
• Own readiness and launch of testing equipment; participate in RFx with Supply Chain and Finance to deploy equipment.
• Establish and manage testing program risk tracking and mitigation; drive risk burn down.
• Manage testing program budget (CapEx/OpEx) and track KPIs.
• Consolidate and communicate testing status, risks and progress to leadership.
