Job summary

Harbinger is seeking an ambitious engineering student intern to join the Powertrain Manufacturing team in Garden Grove, CA. This full-time, in-office internship (4–5 days/week) will focus on supporting the development and manufacturing of the Electric Drive Unit system, rotor, and stator.

You will help design production tooling, document manufacturing standards, and collaborate across teams to drive process improvements during a critical early product development phase.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program or greater in related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and design of manufacturing standards, processes, equipment, and tooling for the Powertrain system.
• Develop and document work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Assist in design, testing, and validation of new tools and equipment.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings.
