Job summary

Harbinger Motors is an American EV startup in Garden Grove, CA, seeking an ambitious Business & Analytical student for our Central Production team as an intern. The role requires 4-5 days in-office per week and full-time hours (40 hours weekly) for 8 weeks (quarter) or 15 weeks (semester).

The internship offers relocation support of $1,000 if you reside more than 50 miles away, and compensation at an hourly rate of $25-$35.

Qualifications

Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
Authorized to work in the United States or eligible for J-1/F-1 visa.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiar with software development processes and database concepts.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
Documentation and Training: Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and provide training to users.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and support.
