Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc. in Garden Grove, CA is seeking a Business & Analytical intern to join our Central Production team during a critical early product development stage. The role offers hands-on opportunities to contribute to improving systems and processes for scale.

As an intern, you will gather requirements, analyze data, test systems, and document procedures to support seamless operations. This paid internship requires 4–5 in-office days per week and includes a relocation stipend for

Qualifications

Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program or greater in Business Administration and/or Data Analytics.
Work authorized in the United States OR ability to obtain J-1/F-1 visa.
Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
Technical skills: knowledge of software development processes, database management, and other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
System Analysis: Analyze existing data and reporting, identify issues, and propose improvements or new solutions.
Testing and Implementation: Test and implement new or updated systems, ensuring they meet requirements and function correctly.
Documentation and Training: Document system functionality, procedures, and changes, and provide training to users.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and support.
